  • Profile information: If you create a Peace Partner profile, you may provide a bio, pathway preference, organization affiliations, and other optional details.
  • Entity registration: Organizations and ventures registering in the ecosystem provide names, descriptions, websites, contact information, and logos.
  • Contact forms: When you reach out through contact forms or newsletter signups, we collect the email address and message content you submit.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
  • Peace Timer data: If you use the Peace Timer on peacerise.app, we record session duration, activity type, and timestamps to track your practice and award badges.
  • Device information: We collect browser type, operating system, and device identifiers through standard web technologies.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Create and manage your account and Peace Partner profile
  • Process entity registrations and facilitate ecosystem connections
  • Send transactional emails (registration confirmations, approval notifications)
  • Aggregate anonymized statistics for ecosystem counters and the Peace Timer

  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Public profiles: If you create a Peace Partner profile or register an entity, the information you choose to make public will be visible in the ecosystem directory.
  • Service providers: We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication, database, and hosting; Vercel for website hosting; and Resend for transactional emails. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase services. We implement security measures including Firestore security rules, authentication checks, and admin role-based access control to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and update: You can view and update your profile information through your dashboard at any time.
  • Delete your account: You can request account deletion by contacting us. We will remove your personal data, though anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained.
  • Profile visibility: You control which fields on your Peace Partner profile are publicly visible through the field visibility settings.
  • Cookies: You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect authentication functionality.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

7. Third-Party Links
